  On more than one occasion coming home late I have stopped at the drive thru. With maybe 4 or 5 cars in front, I didn't move an inch in over 10 minutes. Avoid if you are in a hurry. There is only one spot near the ordering machine you can hop the curb in a normal car, they pretty much box you in and you can't leave while they serve one car every 8-10 minutes. If I wanted a snack that took 45 minutes to get I would have stopped at a real restaurant. If the owner reads these - fix your after 9pm drive thru. Thanks to the chuckleheads you have running your store at night, I no longer frequent your establishment. I advise everyone I know to avoid it like the plague.

  I waiting inside for exactly 27 minutes for ONE burger and ONE coffee. There were only 3 people ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Insanely slow and unorganized workers. I do not recommend coming to this location if you plan to get something in a decent amount of time.

  Drive thru was a bit crowded so I head inside, but waiting was longer than I thought. That aside, crew were well trained and helpful, the place looks organized and clean. My burger was fine but fries were just "warm" instead of being hot. Nevertheless, I think I went for a busy time, so I'll try it one more time pretty soon.

  Beamsville McDonald's has become very unreliable. Seems the night shift is either short staffed or they just don't care. I worked in fast food for 5 years and I understand mistakes happen and such but the issues with this location seem consistent. During the day they are great but at night we have found very long wait times at the drive'thru, incomplete orders/wrong orders handed out to us, and cold expired food on a regular basis.
